When You Open Someone’s Profile, What Do You Notice First?

For me – definitely not the number of followers ☝️.

Of course, having at least 300–500 connections helps if you want to be active.

But the most important things lie elsewhere:
Profile photo: does it look natural? Does it look like you?
Background photo: does it say something about what you do? Or is it still just grey?
About section: is it clear even to someone who doesn’t know you?
Experience: does it show what you actually did, not just where you worked?

The entire “first impression” is crucial.

LinkedIn is not just an online CV.

It’s a space where people notice you.

And you can either make it easier for them… or not.
